Justice for Kevin Cooper , Community Control of The Police Now!

14-year-old Kevin Cooper was murder by Baltimore police Officer Roderick Mitter inside the boy's home on August 12, 2006.

The police claim that the boy attacked him with a broom handle, even after being sprayed with mace several times.

Mitter was one of two officers who responded to Cooper's home around 9:30 this that morning. The situation appeared calm, and one officer left, with Mitter staying behind to write a theft report.

Cooper's mother, Greta Evans says that's when the officer began to chase her son around their home. Mitter shot her son once in the shoulder and hastily sealed off the area. Other officers were called to the scene but Mrs. Evans was keep out of her own home to check on the status of her son.

Instead of being allowed to go to the hospital with Kevin, she was taken to the police station where the police took her statement. Throughout this period of time, she was told by officers that her son's shoulder was stable and that he was ok. She would later find out that her son died on the scene.

The state has already moved to slander the young brother, promising to look into his mental and criminal history to divert the murder of this young African child away from the murderous pig that killed him.
